How Do I Choose Photos for my Order?
With a collection of 30+ listing photos delivered from the photographer, you might be wondering to yourself - how do I select the best photos to make an impact with virtual staging?

The National Association of Realtors says that buyers are most interested in viewing the living room, primary bedroom, kitchen, and dining room.
We recommend staging the above rooms at a minimum from a couple of angles. Additional rooms might be necessary to add depending on the home’s floor plan. Virtual staging makes it easy to showcase the potential multi-uses in a room and how to arrange furniture with a challenging layout. It can be a nice touch to show the home’s ability for entertaining outdoors on the patio or deck.
Depending on the size of the home, the standard photo order typically ranges anywhere from 8-12 photos.
Example order for a 1250 sq foot home:
1) Main living area + kitchen
We recommend at least two angles to show continuity of the floor plan.
2) Additional angle of living + kitchen

The open floor plan makes it easy to see into the kitchen eating area. In a home with a separate kitchen/breakfast nook, an additional photo should be uploaded.
3) Bonus room
This client noted that this space could be used as a formal dining room, extra living room, or an office. With virtual staging, the potential is endless to highlight what the space could be! We can match the needs of the home and/or client.
4) Primary bedroom
Showcase a peaceful space for the owners to unwind after a long day. Highlight a particular bed size or amount of furniture that can fit in the room.

5) Backyard deck / A feature space (game room, basement, loft, or theater room)
Envision a cozy spot for your morning coffee or an evening beverage.

What is your turnaround time?
We return your virtually staged photos within 24 hours of your payment, Monday through Friday. Weekends and major Holidays incur a rush order fee of $25 for 24 hour turnaround.
